The story
Gen Z Media is a Vancouver-based real estate photo & video studio. We shoot listings the way a film crew shoots a feature — same gear discipline, same lighting standards, same restraint — and deliver next-day so you can list while the property still feels new.
The work started in 2024 with one realtor friend and one weekend shoot. The friend told two more. Those told three. We figured out fast that the bar in this market was lower than it should be: most realtors had been making peace with bright, flat, plastic-looking listing photos for years.
